这个问题混淆了两类不同的问题。科学研究自然界的运作规律（机制），但「万物为什么存在」「什么赋予生命意义」「道德的基础是什么」这些问题超出了科学的范畴。
事实上，科学本身依赖于一些无法用科学证明的前提：自然界的规律性、人类理性的可靠性、数学与物质世界的对应。基督教世界观恰恰为这些前提提供了最好的解释——一位理性的上帝创造了有规律的宇宙和能认识这个宇宙的人类心智。
许多最伟大的科学家——牛顿、法拉第、麦克斯韦、普朗克——都是虔诚的基督徒，他们不认为科学与信仰矛盾。
This question confuses two types of inquiry. Science studies how the natural world operates (mechanisms), but questions like 'why does anything exist,' 'what gives life meaning,' and 'what is the foundation of morality' are beyond the scope of science.
In fact, science itself depends on presuppositions it cannot prove: the regularity of nature, the reliability of human reason, and the correspondence of mathematics to the physical world. The Christian worldview provides the best explanation for these presuppositions — a rational God created an orderly universe and human minds capable of understanding it.
Many of the greatest scientists — Newton, Faraday, Maxwell, Planck — were devout Christians who saw no conflict between science and faith.
